Hi, I'm Nataliia, a Creative Art Director and multidisciplinary designer with more than 15 years of experience in fashion, sportswear and lifestyle, both in-house and at agencies. I've worked across fashion design, branding, and visual and digital design, so I can follow an idea all the way from first concept to a full brand experience. I've led global campaigns across web, CRM, social, paid, app and retail, and I set the creative vision for fashion labels from concept and shoot direction to AI-powered production and launch.

I hold a Master's degree in Fashion and completed a postgraduate course in Creative Direction at Central Saint Martins, London. My work combines style, storytelling and technology to make ideas that last longer than trends.

Leading creative teams

As a creative leader, I manage workload and priorities so the team always knows what matters most and has the space to do its best work. I'm a strategic thinker, but I also like to roll up my sleeves and step in wherever needed to keep the work moving.

For me, leadership is about people. I enjoy coaching and inspiring my team, supporting everyone's growth and building trust so people feel confident to share ideas and take creative risks. I believe everyone does their best work when they feel seen, so I make a point of celebrating what we achieve together, big wins and small ones alike.

What drives me

Curiosity and experimentation. I'm drawn to everything new: emerging trends, shifting generations, changing customer behavior. I pair that instinct with a love of data and numbers, so bold ideas come with a clear reason behind them.
